Man child

I read an interesting paper today about father-child interaction and learning. Basically the paper suggested the learning goes both ways (i.e. the child learns from the father and the father learns from the child) which is an interesting concept. It really left me with more questions than ansers. Like, do you need to be a dad to grow up / become a man? Or is it the other way round? Do you need to be in touch with your inner child to be a good father? Do you need to remember what it's like to be a child to relate to children?

I didn't manage to get any conclusive answers from the paper (other than it's beneficial for both adults and children to spend time together) but I did remember some vintage songs on the subject. Enjoy these while you're pondering the questions ...

Enjoy,

Stef
