Things to do with your kids - part 1: dressing up as Santa

I was recently asked to play Santa to a group of children at a Crèche – I reluctantly at the time said yes! I didn't really look forward to it being that I had to put this rather scratchy Father Christmas suit on and then stuff a pillow down my front.

I got to the place and took a couple of photos with my little girl who was none the wiser that I was the masked man. So I thought I would find out – what do most fathers do with or for their children around Christmas?? I really wanted her to know it was me but at the same time we need to make sure she understands the concept for when she is at preschool etc.

I am so glad that I did it and look forward to doing other silly things for her and others later on also. Next year I will do it again if asked!
