Dads4Dads - parenting for Dads of babies under 1

Sometimes despite the amazing emotions of fatherhood, men can feel like little more than bystanders. However babies know their fathers too, and from the moment of birth, they are eager to interact with them. Dads are crucial in helping their baby develop and build relationships.

This course is designed for fathers of children under 1 year old - it is facilitated by DIYFather founders Scott Lancaster and Stefan Korn. We will cover key issues which relate to parenting in general and specifically fatherhood.

Dads 4 Dads is more than just discussing how best to bath a wriggling baby or change a nappy. We'll also explore the issues that relate to parenting and fatherhood. Sometimes it can be tricky to talk about what's really going on inside our heads, so we're offering fathers a guys-only forum where they can let it all hang out without fear of judgement. And since it's free we hope YOU can join us!

Dads 4 Dads is the first father specific course run as a collaboration between Plunket and DIYFather. The course is based on the highly successful Parenting Education format (PEPE) offered by Plunket.
